2019 Gladys McCoy Lifetime Achievement Award - Nomination Form
The Gladys McCoy Lifetime Achievement Award, named for former Multnomah County Chair Gladys McCoy, is presented annually to someone with outstanding lifetime volunteer service dedicated to improving the county community. This esteemed award goes to one person each year who lives in Multnomah County, and is nominated by a member of the public who feels that their nominee embraces Gladys McCoy's values and has carried out her legacy.

The award will be presented at the 32nd Annual Volunteer Awards Ceremony, hosted by Multnomah County's Office of Community Involvement, on June 19, 2019 at 5:30 pm in the Multnomah Building Board Room, first floor, 501 SE Hawthorne Blvd, Portland.
