By filling out this form you are applying for non-commercial co-streaming rights for the Esports World Cup 2024. For the avoidance of doubt, a co-stream is a watch party with commentary in which the streamer is broadcasting the official feed of the EWC on their channel. Streamers for this purpose can use any official channel of the Esports World Cup, but not broadcasts of Media Rights partners or other License Holders.

Filling out the application form does not immediately grant co-streaming rights. You will be contacted via your provided email to inform you about the approval. If you do not receive an email your application has been denied.

By filling out this application you agree to uphold the following guidelines if co-streaming rights are granted to your channel:

1. You will only utilize a broadcast from an official Esports World Cup channel (e.g. YouTube, Twitch, etc.) to conduct your co-stream.

2. You will add the name of the tournament in the title of your co-stream (e.g. "Esports World Cup: Counter-Strike 2", "EWC CS2" or "EWC Counter-Strike 2").

3. You will keep the sponsor integrations and logos of the Esports World Cup visible and not obstruct them with overlays, cameras, or otherwise.

4. You will remove any sponsor integrations of your own for the duration of the co-stream, and not conduct any sponsored segments for the duration of the broadcast. 
Prohibited sponsor integrations include but are not limited to:
- Stream Overlays
- Social Media Posts related to the event
- Vocal Shoutouts
- Product Placement
- Title Integrations

5. You will ensure a continuous and pleasant viewing experience for the viewers and refrain from frequent interruptions of the broadcast. Including but not limited to:
- In-Game
- Studio Analysis
- Match Previews  
- Interviews

6. Do not create a mean spirited environment and ensure proper moderation of your chat. Treat both the Esports World Cup, as well as their sponsors and staff with respect.

7. The tournament organizer reserves the right to terminate co-streaming access at any point for any and no reason.

By filling out this application you agree that the Esports World Cup can use excerpts and clips of your co-stream on social media channels connected with the tournament. For the avoidance of doubt, clips will only be utilized in connection with the tournament.

Esports World Cup reserves the right to inquire about non-public viewership metrics of the co-stream.
