Nominations are now open for the UK PropTech Awards 2025!

In its eighth year, the UK PropTech Awards is an event dedicated to celebrating those who are leading the way towards a more sustainable, digitally enabled, and customer-centric future for the Property industry. The awards are a chance to highlight the companies and individuals who are driving real change across the Real Estate sector, solving critical problems and showcasing how their innovative approaches or technology solutions are making a significant impact.

This year, we’re thrilled to introduce a fresh lineup of awards recognising both PropTech companies and property organisations, including new categories like “Housing Delivery Innovation" , ”Collaborative Business Transformation” and "Emerging PropTech of the Year”. Reflecting the industry's growing emphasis on cross-sector collaboration, several awards are now open to joint applications between PropTech providers and property businesses - such as “Connected Place”, “Intelligent Asset Management” and “ESG Collaboration.” 

Whether your business is scaling at pace, transforming operations through data, or pioneering more inclusive and sustainable practices, we invite you to showcase your achievements. 

The deadline to apply is 3rd October 2025.

Please note: Judging will be based on the quality and clarity of your submission, as well as any optional supporting documents. To give your nomination the best chance, be sure to provide enough detail within the word limits to enable effective assessment by our panel.
