Student Leaders are Student Members of Cottage Grove. Please read the following expectations of a TSC Leader. Check the box(es) of the commitments YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO FULFILL in the 2018-2019 school year. (If you are unable to fulfill these commitments, we expect you to be okay with someone from the Salt Company staff challenging you to follow-through with them.) *
Required
Please read and examine the "What We Believe" page of Cottage Grove Church website along with the salvation and doctrine pdf's. Do you agree with this statement? (http://www.cottagegrovedsm.com/believe/) *
If you are accepted as a leader for The Salt Company, you are automatically added as a student member of Cottage Grove Church. The Salt Company is a ministry of Cottage Grove Church; therefore, we don't have leaders who are not contributing members and regular attenders of Cottage Grove Church. Do you understand and agree with this? *
You must have one of your current TSC Connection Group Leaders complete a reference form as a part of your application (by March 31st). Copy and paste the following link into an email to your Connection Group Leader now: https://goo.gl/forms/RvMlE43sya9rPJvs1 Did you do that? *
