Rites of the Sisterhood
  • "Wand"ering if we're a good fit? Bitchcraft Fair exists to uplift Makers & Mystics in creative and spiritual small businesses. While most exhibitors identify as female or non-binary, no one is excluded on the basis of gender. If you’re here to create, enchant, and sell with intention, then you belong in the circle. We do not accept MLMs or AI art - only authentically handmade items or retail like gems, incense, etc. Our "mystics" category pertains to any form of divination or mediumship.
  • Hell yeah, point me to my BOO-th! This year, YOU are the babe with the power: we have two different options where you can stake your claim on a premium booth with a prominent, eye-catching placement at the entrance, an end-cap, or you can simply roll the dice and snag a general booth.
  • We may host our fair with a dramatical flair, but divas beware, we do not split hairs on WHERE your booth is. Once booths are assigned, your booth is where your booth is. We do not accept complaints, booth demands, or titheless “please move me” negotiations after placement is finalized. This is a high-volume event, and we protect the flow for everyone. If you paid for an end-cap or premium placement at the front, and did not receive it? Then by all means, come at us with pitchforks like the token witch hunt musical number in all our favorite musicals (seriously, every single one, what's that about).
  • Once I'm initiated into the coven, witch way do I go? Email has proven to be unreliable in the past, so all updates will be kept on our Portal page, including booth assignments, load-in/out, parking, etc. Please check back there closer to the date. Once your transaction is complete, we welcome you to the coven!
  • What the hex? Give me back my pentacles! I joined the coven, and now my sister's toad's landlady's possum manicurist's uncle Frederick Soothsayerstein III is getting married to Elvira on the same day, so I have to cancel! Sadly, we no longer offer booth insurance covering that specific clause anymore. While we do not process booth refunds, you may sell your booth to another interested party. We ask that you email us at coven@bitchcraftfair.com with these details so that we can update your vendor profile and list the new shop name.

Submitting the application does not reserve your booth by itself. Your booth is only secured once payment is completed through Square. It is a 2-step process: this form, and the payment page to follow. When you submit this application, a payment link to make your booth selection and finalize your purchase via Square will appear on the confirmation screen.

Bitchcraft Fair is a curated Halloween marketplace, but we are trailblazers on broom-back who veer a little bit left of the status quo. Therefore, we are not a juried show and we do not run a traditional “panel review” process. Instead, we use a two-phase system designed to keep the vendor mix strong while staying accessible and transparent. This is our process because we believe in supporting small businesses without gatekeeping, keeping the vendor mix intentional without pretending we’re a jury, and offering a fair shot once early access is complete.
  • Phase I - Invite-Only Early Access (ends March 1): Before public sales open, we offer a limited early access window to vendors we actively want to bring into the circle, based on past participation, or local Makers & Mystics personally invited by our team through direct outreach and trusted referrals.
  • Phase II - Public Open Booth Sales: Once the Invite-Only window closes (or once those booths are secured), all remaining booths are released to the public and are available on a first come, first served basis through our application + payment link.
We do not send out our raven couriets to deliver confirmation emails outside of a receipt you will receive via our online merchant, Square. We also do not rely on email correspondence for mass messaging, as we have too many bats already loose in the belfry and the particularly rabid ones are most attracted to the gaping void in the corner that we don't like to talk about. Some call it a spam folder. We call it a mass communication failure on levels unfathomable. So we reiterate from above, keep tabs on the Portal page at bitchcraftfair.com/portland-portal. Booth placements will be announced one month prior to the fair, so check there by September 11.

The Tiered Booth Tithe for Multiple Booth Purchases (So You Don’t Accidentally Offer Too Much)

Our booths are priced by visibility. Choose the tier that matches the booth you’re purchasing:
$130: General Booth
$215: End Cap Booth
$275: High Visibility Entrance Booth

Important: Premium pricing applies only to the premium booth(s). If you purchase multiple booths, only the End Cap / Entrance booth should be paid at the premium rate. Any additional booth(s) must be purchased at the $130 General Booth rate. Example: Buying 1 End Cap + 1 extra booth (10' x 20') = 1 × $215 + 1 × $130... (Not 2 × $215!)

They will automatically be placed side by side, UNLESS you make these transactions on separate dates (ie, you decide to purchase additional booths later), so please summon us at coven@bitchcraftfair.com if this development should occur.

Booth Offerings: General (Purple), End Caps (Green) & High Visibility (Pink)
