Dates: Held on the First Friday of each month from 6 to 10 PM. A limited number of Temporary Food booth spaces are available from May – October.
Location: The festivities take place primarily around the “center” of the Canton Arts District. Temporary booth spaces will be located on 4th Street NW between Court Ave and Dewalt Ave and Court Ave. between 2nd and 6th St.

• Even if you have participated in the past, you must complete an application for 2017• Only a select number of food vendors with specialized offerings will be chosen. .• First Fridays are intended to help promote local art and businesses. We reserve the right to cancel food vendors at any time. • Packaged food tent spots are available for $75. If you sell chocolate, cupcakes, packaged pasta, etc. • Freshly served food tent spots are available for $125 per month on a first come, first serve basis May-October. These spots allow for a 10x10 tent. • A limited number of Food truck spots are available for $175 on a first come, first serve basis May-October. These spots allow for a space of 10x20. • You may sign up at beginning of year for all months you wish to participate in, and pay monthly, as long as the payment is received no later than the Friday prior to First Friday. You will be notified immediately if you wish to participate and all spots are full, any payment already made for that month will be returned. If your payment is not received on time, your spot will be released for another vendor. If you must cancel (more than 24 hours ahead), payment can be transferred to another month, but will not be refunded. Less than 24 hours notice forfeits payment entirely. • Acceptance of application is subject to approval by ArtsinStark and the downtown Canton Special Improvement District and is based on appropriateness of product and space available. • All tents, tables, extension cords etc. are all provided by vendor. • Credit Card payments can be accepted at www.artsinstark.com/foodvendor• If you reserve a space and are not able to attend, you must call and cancel this space so that it is available for another group. Last minute cancellation or a no show will affect your participation in future months. THIS INCLUDES WEATHER CANCELLATION. We produce this event monthly, all year, rain or shine.
Power is an issue for us. We are currently exploring options, but at this time, we cannot accommodate refrigerators, crock pots, or any other large appliances. We are able to accommodate some vendors with their own generators, but must place you away from hired live musicians.
You must have your health permit. Inspectors will be around to check.
