FRANKLIN LGBTQ ALLIANCE ♥ CELEBRATE WITH PRIDE 2023 ♥ VENDOR SIGN-UP FORM
The Franklin LGBTQ Alliance was created in 2022 to support, raise awareness of, and build connections within the greater Franklin LGBTQIA+ community. In support of this mission, the Franklin LGBTQ Alliance will host Celebrate with Pride 2023 in Franklin Town Common on Sunday, June 25th, 2023, from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m.  This event will be free to the public and open to all.  There will be no rain date.

Every business that supports the mission of the Franklin LGBTQ Alliance is welcome to request a space at Celebrate with Pride 2023.  Please ensure products are in good taste for all ages or censored appropriately.  Spaces will be reserved on a first-come-first-served basis.  A reservation request consists of two parts:  (1) the submission of a refundable $20 deposit with your business, contact name, and ‘deposit’ noted at givebutter.com/celebratewithpride and (2) the submission of this sign-up form.  Reservation requests are due by Sunday, May 28, 2023.  Refunds (in the form of checks) will be issued to businesses upon check-in at the event.  If the event is unable to occur for any reason, then we will arrange refunds accordingly.

A reservation guarantees a 12'x12' space in Franklin Town Common, Sunday, June 25th, 2023, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.  Setup will begin at 11 a.m.  Cleanup (including any trash pickup) must end by 5 p.m.  Vendors must have all necessary items like tents, tables, extension cords, chairs, etc. as these will NOT be provided.

Vehicles are not allowed on the Common grass at anytime and immediately after unloading must be moved to the designated vendor parking lot to ensure ample parking for event guests. 

Every food vendor must be authorized to sell food in Franklin, Massachusetts, by Sunday, June 18, 2023, and must send proof of authorization (permits, licenses, and certificates) to Robin Baidya <robin.baidya@gmail.com> by Sunday, June 18, 2023.  Information about being a food vendor in Franklin, Massachusetts, is available here.

Vendors will receive a confirmation from the Franklin LGBTQ Alliance by Sunday, June 11, 2023.
