Youth Ke Bol: Call for Youth Leadership Building Modules
Youth Ke Bol (YKB) is a pan-India coalition of 1 million young Indians from Tier 2 & 3 cities that aims to bring together 18-29 year olds to amplify their leadership and advance access to contraception and SRH as critical pillars to improved quality of life. YKB is facilitated by Dasra, Restless Development, UNICEF YuWaah and Yuvaa and our YKB Youth Advisory Group.

A core tenet of the initiative is building the leadership and capacities of youth to identify challenges and solutions, engage their peers and communities in narrative change, use social media to amplify their perspectives and engage with policy makers and other decision makers. Additionally, we will also focus on capacity building around access to contraception, gender equity, SRH and other allied themes.

YKB acknowledges that there are a wide range of partners who share similar goals and have created training modules and guidebooks for youth and adolescents across communities. This form is a call for organizations with such modules to share their materials/ links. The relevant material will be collated into a module that will be made available online with acknowledgement of the contributing organizations.

Through this effort we are looking to develop a collated, co-branded leadership building module for youth champions that will then be the go-to source for NGOs, governments and funders and other stakeholders to use to train youth leaders on topics of SRH, gender, campaigning and policy engagement.
