Rental Requirements
Please note, we do have a $2,000 minimum rental requirement to confirm a booking. A $1,000 (+tax) non-refundable retainer contract is required to secure your wedding date with us. This retainer will be applied towards your final rental contract. Rentals are not secured with an estimate. Rentals are only secured for your event date once an invoice is created and half of the balance due is paid.
