This is a form that is available for students or guardians to fill out if a student is experiencing bullying at Hiawatha. Bullying is defined as the repetitive, intentional hurting of one person or group by another person or group where the relationship involves an imbalance of power.
This form is not meant to replace a conversation with your School Counselor or Administrator about someone you are not getting along with. This form is meant to give you additional avenues to start a conversation about bullying that may be happening at school.
When you fill this form out, it will be sent to all Administrators and School Counselors employed by Hiawatha CUSD #426. Please be prepared to have a more in depth conversation at the start of the next school day. Thanks for helping us help you!
