About staging a performance or demonstration
You are invited to prepare a performance or demonstration to fill a slot of 30 minutes to an hour at one time. This could include a musical or dance performance, a short theatre piece, a sports or operational showcase, an animal demonstration etc.

Performances and demonstrations will take place in the park’s amphitheatre space, so consider this when planning. If you require a different type of space, please outline this under your activity description. You can stage the performance and demonstration several times over the length of the event.

  • Prepare a performance or demonstration that highlights your cause in a family-friendly way
  • Bring your own equipment, props, costumes and/or materials
  • Be accountable for any health and safety measures necessary
  • Manage your time to ensure you are prepared for your time slot (your time slot does not include set up and dismantling if this needs considering)
