2019 Pacific International Cup - California
California has once again been invited to the Pacific International Cup in Richmond, BC. We have accepted the invitation and will hold a playdown to determine the California Club Champion to represent the state at the PIC.
The event will be held January 17 - 20th at the Coyotes Curling Club in Tempe, AZ. Hopefully this will be the last one out of state, but in the meantime, they were gracious enough to find time for us to compete for this honor.
The entry fee will be $350. Any remaining entry fee money after the ice rental costs are paid will go toward paying the entry fees for the PIC in Richmond, BC.
Depending on the number of signups will determine the first draw time on Friday and we've had requests to use the Monday Holiday if we can avoid games on Friday.
We will send updates via email to registered skips and post online at
The entry and payment deadline is November 24th at midnight.
Entry fees can be sent to Matt Gamboa via PayPal or Venmo. Email

Traditionally, these events go from Friday to Sunday. Considering this weekend lands on Martin Luther King Weekend, would your team be open to playing on Monday in order to not start on Friday?
