Nettle Creek Schools Meals Program
Nettle Creek Schools will be providing meals at FIVE locations every Monday through April and on May 4, 11, and 18. These meals will include five breakfasts and five lunches per child. Any child 18 years and younger can participate in this program. You do not need to qualify for free or reduced meals to participate.

Please answer the few questions below so that we can plan accordingly to know approximately how many meals we will need at each location. Meals will be served on a first come-first served basis from 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m. each Monday in April. The more people who accurately complete this form the better we can serve you!
