We strive to praise students for being great Falcon community members, and we are grateful to parents and staff who also help support safety. We will not tolerate bullying, teasing, or serious offenses. Those should be reported directly to a trusted staff member, or you may use this google form.

By completing this form, you are verifying your statements are true and accurate to the best of your knowledge. We want to assure you that the information will be handled with confidentiality and only shared with those who need to know for investigation and action. 

This investigation will be timely and we will take appropriate action based on the concern. If you are a student during school hours, please remember that you can go to the office/counselor (elementary) The Zone (middle school)/counselor/Vice Principal, counselor/Dean/Vice Principal/Principal (high school and ING), and talk with other staff at any time.
