四. 安全、準確及保留使用人士的個人資料
本會採取合理的措施以防止使用人士的個人資料遺失、挪用、擅自使用或毁壞。並採取合理的措施以確保保存之全部個人資料為準確、完整、正確及可靠，以便作有可能之使用。
