COPY OF INSURANCE: A copy of Applicant's commercial general liability (CGL) insurance policy must be
provided prior to issuance of permit. The limits of the CGL insurance policy will be no less than one million
dollars ($1,000,000.00) per person per occurrence and three million dollars ($3,000,000.00) aggregate.
APPLICATION FEE: A non-refundable $50.00 application fee will be charged for each Special Use Permit
application. The application fee must be paid before Juab County will review the application
