YPEI Transcription Network Coordinator Application
Please use this form to apply to the Transcription Network Coordinator position for Spring 2023-Spring 2024. 

Through the Transcription Network, volunteers transcribe work that is handwritten by incarcerated students so that they have access to a typewritten/digital copy for assignment submission or for future use or application. The Transcription Network also transcribes otherwise inaccessible video or audio content (i.e. recorded lectures, podcasts, or on-campus events) so that it can be distributed to students in prison.  We are looking for someone who can take over the network in Spring 2023 and learn from our outgoing coordinator so that they are prepared to lead it through next spring. This is a volunteer position that typically requires 2-3 hours per week.
