SJCC Scholarship Application 2025- 2026 
The mission of the Scholarship Ministry at the St. John’s Congregational Church is to empower and support high school seniors, and undergraduate college students in our congregation and community by providing financial and practical assistance for higher education. We are committed to fostering spiritual growth, academic excellence, and a spirit of service. Through this ministry, we aim to honor God by encouraging personal development, promoting lifelong learning, and equipping the next generation of leaders to serve both the church and society with integrity, faith, and compassion.
                                                            Application Criteria 
1. Current HS Senior, Undergraduate or a recent HS graduate/diploma equivalency - pursuing a trade or licensure program
2. Demonstrated goals, aspirations for post secondary plans. 
3. Evidence of good character, supported by two letters of recommendation emailed to scholarship@mysjcc.org
4. Unofficial Transcript send to scholarship@mysjcc.org
                  Application and supporting materials are due no later than Friday, January 3,2026  at 11:59pm
Please note that if you are selected as a recipient, you should be prepared to participate in a day of workshops in March 2026. Scholarships recipients will be presented to the  SJCC Congregation in June 2026.
