Aloha, and thank you for taking a moment to respond to this survey. AYSO Hilo is a large organization and experiences can vary wildly between years and between divisions. We are hoping to get feedback on the current season - what is going well, what might help your team, while we still have games to play.  Feel free to brag on your coaches and volunteers - they have put a lot of energy out on the field and we want to celebrate everyone!

Looking ahead
You know that AYSO is a volunteer run organization. You make the teams and the games happen. We will be looking for coaches for every team. Many of us will be new coaches, which is why AYSO provides online resources and coach support. This season we had over 500 players, and we're growing!

Coaches and referees are registered volunteer  roles. Please go ahead and register to volunteer when you register your players. You can also use the Volunteer tab in your account to register anytime.

We do ask every family to take on one volunteer role for their team or for AYSO's organization. Volunteers that register with AYSO include coaches, referees, and board members. We *do not* have enough of these volunteers right now.

Non-registered roles include Team Manager, Team Party Planner, and AYSO Support Crew. Just like Team positions help the team, the AYSO Support Crew helps the Board.
