How Monthly Payments Work:
Our after-school program fee is divided into equal monthly payments for the whole school year, so you know exactly what to expect every month. This cost is calculated based on the total number of school days remaining, with a lower daily rate for schedules with more days per week.
Starting After School Has Begun?
If your child starts after the first day of school, your total cost will be adjusted based on how many school days remain. You only pay for the days your child actually attends, meaning your yearly cost will be lower if you join late. To keep things simple, we spread the adjusted total evenly over the remaining months. This might make your monthly payments a little higher than if you started on day one because you’re paying for fewer months. But remember, you’re paying only for the days your child is in the program!
Refunds will only be considered under extenuating circumstances.
