Vendor Application Form: South Street District Events 2026
Apply to be a vendor at upcoming events within the South Street District!
Only fully completed applications will be considered.

Please note that this application does not guarantee a selection. By submitting, you are applying to be considered as a vendor.

In most cases, vendors are assigned a 10×10 space. If additional room is needed, you must reserve and pay for additional space (please note this in the comments section.) Extra space is not guaranteed. Vendors are responsible for bringing their own tables, chairs, tents, generators, and any other necessary equipment.

Vendors are expected to be present for the entire event time slot. Any vendor who arrives late for setup or packs up early will forfeit future opportunities to participate.

Our events take place rain or shine, and all vendor fees are nonrefundable.

By filling out this form, you agree to be added to our community newsletter, where we share updates about new vending opportunities throughout the year, as well as other events and happenings in the District.
