Ice Show Club Form 2019
This year's theme is: Solve that Mystery!

The GGBFSC Annual Ice Show has always been a rewarding experience for skaters. We would like to invite skaters from all ages and levels to participate. Listed below is information regarding practices, rehearsal dates and times, show fees, T-shirt information, business ad information, program pre-orders, program good luck ads, video pre-orders and contacts for information. You can now pay through Entryeeze! You will be allowed to pay some of the cost now and some of the cost later. You will be able to indicate your choice below. Tickets will be $5 for children from the ages of 5 to 17 and seniors over 65 years of age. Adults between the ages of 18-65 years of age will be sold for $10 a ticket and children under the age of 5 are free. Extra tickets will be sold during practice times.

One form should be filled out per skater!


Club Skater Show Fee: $170
Or pay in two installments ($85 upon registration, $85 due by 3-1-19)
Family discount: $40 off second child, $50 off third

Fee includes:
Costume, 10 show admissions per family (1 all show chaperone pass, 5 Adult tickets, and 4 Child tickets), T-shirt, practice ice, music, coaching, and choreography during show practices.

Club skater Practices at De Pere Ice Arena/ Cornerstone Community Ice Center:
Thursday April 18th starting 4-9pm, Monday April, 22nd 4-9pm, Thursday April 25th 4-9pm, Monday April 29th 4-9pm

Dress Rehearsal at Cornerstone Community Ice Center:
All skaters must attend: May 2nd @ 5:30pm

Show information: Location – Cornerstone Community Ice Center
Date/time – May 3rd @ 7pm, May 4th @ 1pm, and May 4th @ 6pm

Costume Information: (A) Girth *To measure girth: place the measuring tape at the shoulder, bring the tape down the front of the body, through the legs, and back up the back of the body, ending at the same shoulder.

A t-shirt per ice show participant is included in the registration cost. Please select the size below with the size of your skater. It will have the show logo on front and all show participant names on back. *
If you would like to purchase an additional t-shirt, please indicate below and add $10 to your total fee.
Business Ads: To offset the rising costs of costumes and ice time, this year we have implemented a new requirement for business ads. All ice show participates (one per family) will be required to obtain a business ad for the program or choose the opt out option and pay a $25 fee. Business Ads will be due March 1st 2018 or your family will be charged $25 and your skater(s) will not receive their costume(s) until it is paid. For more specifics, please refer to the Business Ad page attached. *
Program Pre-Orders: Please indicate below if you would like to purchase a program for this years show. *
Video Pre-Orders: **Videos will be mailed directly to your home within 2 weeks of the shows. The videos are professionally shot.
