Extended Care Registration 2025-2026
Please fill out this form completely to register for Before and/or After Care, including Wacky Wednesday.  

Registration for 2025-2026 Extended Care is due August 8, 2025.  

PLEASE NOTE:
1) After Care ends at 5:45 PM.
2) Drop-ins: Drop-ins do not need to register using this form but will need to complete the Drop-In Request Form found under the Quicklinks tab.
3) Pre-K students: If you will stay on Wacky Wednesday from 1:15-3:15, you should also complete this form. 

FEES
Before Care: $45/week
After Care: $75/week
Before & After Care: $105/week
Wacky Wednesday Fee: $20/week (If you register for 5 days a week aftercare the Wacky Wednesday fee is waived.)
Drop-In Care: $18/hour
Activity Fee (per year): $45/year
