Please note that submitting a media application does not guarantee credential approval. All applications are reviewed based on editorial relevance, audience reach, previous coverage (if applicable), and available media capacity.

Media applications close two weeks prior to the start of the event you are applying to. We encourage you to submit your application as early as possible.

If approved for a photo credential, photographers must sign and agree to the official Photographer Agreement & Release before receiving their credentials.

Important Information:

  • If your publication or outlet is requesting credentials for multiple team members, each individual must submit a separate application.
  • On High does not permit third-party media to operate drones anywhere on festival grounds.
  • Approved media credentials are non-transferable and may only be used by the individual listed on the approved application.
