2026 PGA HOPE Michigan Waitlist

PGA HOPE introduces golf to Veterans and Active Duty Military to enhance their physical, mental, social and emotional well-being. The program introduces the game of golf through a developmental 6-8 week curriculum, taught by PGA Professionals trained in adaptive golf and military cultural competency. All programs are funded by PGA REACH and supplemented by PGA REACH Michigan, so the cost of programming is free to all Veterans.

Please fill out this form to be added to our 2026 waitlist and determine which location is most accessible to you.  2026 programs are currently being finalized; click here to see our list of locations and dates for 2025 PGA HOPE sessions. 

Program registration openings will be sent to the waitlist first and will occur one month prior to the first day of the session. If there are still spots available for registration for a particular session after exhausting the waitlist for that location, we will open registration to the public for any Veterans or Active Duty Servicemembers to sign up.
