International Symposium Survey Question –                What is the future of education?

Dear Art Educator and Supporters,

My doctoral advisor (and mentor) asked me to present my thoughts on the future of education for a virtual international conference.  My focus will be on the future of arts education – from the teaching and learning perspectives and across all grade levels.  My intent with this survey is to gather current anecdotal information from the field – from the perspective of teachers (and administrators), students, and parents.  The responses will be confidential, and no names or identifying information will be used.

Thank you to  WAEA Co-President Tracy Fortune and WAEA for allowing me to gather ‘current and front line’ data at this time of uncertainty.  We do not know what the future will bring, but we do know that education is not and will not be the same.  Your thoughts and vision are invited in these questions.

Thank you for your time and sharing on behalf of the future of arts education.

Sincerely, AnnRené Joseph, Ed.D moreartsannrene@gmail.com
