A simplified form to reserve the library for ANY purpose, such as meetings, PDs or for instructional class visits.

If your request involves INSTRUCTION and/or RESEARCH, the librarian will contact you to discuss the planning components.

Due to the popularity of the library and the demands of the 2 campuses, please provide at least 1-wk notice, especially if lessons and/or resources need to be pulled for your visit.

Librarian Hours: Typically open during student nutrition and lunch. Typically closed for Period 1 (conference) and lunch 12:30-1pm (on regular bell scheduled days). Please refer to the Library calendar for specifics.

It is the teacher's responsibility to ensure that students demonstrate appropriate academic behavior in the library. FOOD/DRINKS & ELECTRONICS ARE NOT ALLOWED; disruptive or disrespectful students will lose library privileges. Computer use must be school-related/no games. Students may print (B/W ONLY) for free as long as it is school-related. Student ID cards are REQUIRED to check-out books. Seating charts are provided in the next question (see below). Students are under the core-teachers supervision, especially if visit does not involve librarian instruction. If equipment or furniture are moved, please return items.
