In-Person Vinyasa Flow, Pregnancy & Ashtanga classes: September 18 & 19

First come, first served (your submission is time-stamped).

Confirmation of your class place (or waitlist) will be emailed within four hours.

If you secure a place but can't come to class, email info@purpleyoga.com as soon as possible so we can give your place to a wait-listed person. A no-show for no good reason could affect your chance to sign up for future classes.

Level Two class, Cathy Louise blends intermediate and some advanced poses at a vigorous pace.
Pregnancy Yoga: Saturdays 9:00–10:15am
Pregnancy Yoga class for moms-to-be who are in their second and third trimesters
Ashtanga Led Full Primary Series: Sundays 10:30am–12:00noon
Led Full Primary Series class goes beyond Navasana into more challenging asanas such as balancing poses plus backbends and the full closing sequence.
