As a Texas BOSS Network member, I agree to abide by the following Code of Ethics listed below:

I PROMISE TO
- Build/maintain trust among fellow members and referral partners while remaining truthful & fair
- Provide quality products and services and honor the prices I have quoted
- Exhibit a positive, supportive attitude and behavior at all times
- Remain professional and up-to-code in all legal aspects of my profession
- Take responsibility to follow up and give my best efforts to serve the referrals I receive

* We expect all Texas BOSS Network members to behave with professionalism and respect towards all members and guests. This includes in-person meetings and on social media. Negativity and disrespect will not be tolerated and may result in revocation of your membership.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: Notwithstanding any other provision of this agreement, any liability to you involving Texas BOSS Network, it’s distributorships and their officers, directors agents, and representatives for any cause arising out of or related to this agreement, and/or membership or participation, and Texas BOSS Network, and regardless of the form of action, will at all times, be limited to the amount of monthly, semi-annual &/or annual dues for the membership to Texas BOSS Network, except in jurisdictions where such provisions are restricted, and in no event will there be any liability to you or any third person for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special are punitive damages.

ARBITRATION: All disputes arising out of or related to this agreement, or the members application and Texas BOSS Network shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of the state where the applicants’ Texas BOSS Network chapter is located. The arbitration shall be subject to the rules of the American arbitration association. This clause encompasses any, and all disputes involving Texas BOSS Network, its distributorships, and their officers, directors, agents, and representatives.
