Mail check and form S-240 to:  Art Walk Stoughton, Attn:  Julie, Stoughton Opera House, 381 E Main St, Stoughton WI 53589.

Email 4 images of your work and 1 image of your booth to artwalk@stoughtonartscouncil.com.  Images should be JPG, JPEG, or PNG and no larger than 2 MB.

Accepted Artists will be notified by July 31st.  Artists not accepted will be notified and payment will be returned.  

Terms:  Entries must be original work by the submitting artist.  Art Walk Stoughton is given the right to publish images submitted by the artist for the purpose of advertising and promoting the event.  Art Walk Stoughton does not provide insurance and is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage of artwork or for any personal damage or injury incurred during the event.
