INCOMING TENANTS CHECKING IN INFORMATION:
1.  Official Contract move in date is Saturday August 23, 2025.
2.  Our goal is to have each apartment ready by Monday August 18th.  Unforeseen repairs may delay this.
3.  Tenants may check-in early once:
       a.  Notification has been received stating that the apartment is ready
       b.  Early move in fee has been paid.
4.  𝗘𝗮𝗿𝗹𝘆 𝗺𝗼𝘃𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗳𝗲𝗲: The early move in fee is $5 a day if you are moving in prior to the contract start date.  Fees are preferred to be PAID with CASH. Do not move in or stay at the apartment without checking in. Violation of this will incur a substantial amount of additional early move in fees.
            Monday August 18th: $25
            Tuesday August 19th: $20
            Wednesday August  20th: $15
            Thursday August 21st: $10
            Friday August 22nd: $5
