TW: Sexual Assault and Harassment

HaU de UCD is constantly striving to provide a safe space for our general body Hermanxs and all community members. As part of this effort we have created this form as a step in our action plan to better protect and support sexual assault and harassment survivors. Many times individuals are silenced due to the fear of sharing their story and we wish to be the space where you are comfortable and safe to share your story.

This form will guide our interaction with the student life community on our campus and beyond. So as to avoid interactions of any kind with any organization that may make our members uncomfortable while maintaining anonymity to protect survivors confidentiality, we invite all to anonymously inform us of any organization you ask that HaU de UCD stop associating with.

Please use this anonymous google form as you see fit. We will NOT use your responses as topics for meetings, we will not share personal details, and we will not use this information in any way that may harm you. Please feel free to answer questions that apply to you. Do not feel obligated to answer any question you are not comfortable disclosing. Again, this is a safe space. Our only goal behind this form is to figure out how to best support you and move forward as an organization.
