Written permission must be granted by the Dean prior to enrolling in courses at another institution.
Once you complete this form, you will receive a written response approving or denying your request.

Unapproved transfer courses will not be accepted.
Courses should not be requested more than one semester out
If you're requesting in Spring, it should only be for summer. We do not allow dual enrollment, so do not make requests for fall or spring terms!)

  • Only submit ONE COURSE per form. Each class you wish to have reviewed will require a new form.

  • Use this website to help you find course equivalents:

  • If a course is not listed in the transfer database above, we may not have an agreement yet, but can have the course reviewed. This does not necessarily mean the course will not transfer.

  • A course listed in the database above does NOT automatically transfer just because it is on the list.
    You must have written approval to take each course.

Please note:

  • 300+ level ACCY courses CANNOT be transferred and must be taken in residence at University of Mississippi.

  • 300+ level business courses cannot be taken at a community college
    (must be taken at AACSB accredited, 4 year colleges/universities.


  • It is strongly recommended that you do not take ACCY 201 and 202 outside of the University of Mississippi. It is allowed, but we do not advise.
