Use this form to order your sponsorship or exhibit booth for the QSO Today Virtual Ham Expo coming August  14 and 15, 2021.  Once your order is received, you will be sent an invoice from Stripe to pay for the sponsorship or exhibit booth, and you will be contacted by us to start your booth construction.

As part of this order form submission, I acknowledge and agree to the following.  Unless the QSO Today Virtual Ham Expo is cancelled for any reason, sponsorships and exhibit fees are not refundable.  I will have the exhibit booth ready on or before August 1, 2021.  After August 1, the booth will be displayed as is. It is my responsibility to line up booth staff, collateral material, links, videos, and images to create the booth on or before August 1, 2021. The success of my company's participation in the Expo depends entirely on the efforts of myself and my company.  I understand that the Expo will be open for "sand boxing" / training from August 6, 2021 to opening day to enable all booth staff to become familiar with the Expo platform.
