Wings will be provided for you to prepare, and must be picked up in Crete on September 19 or 20. The entry fees collected will be used to award cash prizes -- a Judge's Choice and People's Choice in both categories: Individual and Business/Group. (Prize value will be determined by category entries)
• Individual entrants must prepare and serve 250 wings, one flavor only. The entry fee is $50. • Business/Group entries must prepare 600 wings, one or two flavors allowed. The entry fee is $100.
Roasters, grills and food trucks can be brought to the event on Sept. 21. Electrical access and one serving table will be provided per entry. Additional tables, extension cords and roasters have limited availability but can be requested on a first-come, first-served basis after the entry fee is paid. Entry fees can be paid online at www.blueriverartscouncil.org/wing-ding-registration -- the link to this page will also be displayed after you submit this form.
Set up will be on Sept. 21 from 2:00 - 4:00 at 12th & Norman in Crete. Serving containers will be provided and instructions given at a chef's meeting at 4:15 p.m. Gates will open at 4:30 p.m. and the public art auction will begin at 7.
