The UU College of Social Justice and You!
The mission of the UU College of Social Justice is to inspire and sustain effective and spiritually grounded activism for justice.

All of our programs and collaborations are designed to help people cross boundaries, gain insight, imagine new ways and learn new skills to make a difference in the world. Our work is intimately and ultimately relational.

Living into the orthopraxis nature of Unitarian Universalism (a faith grounded in how we are together, rather than what we profess to believe), the UU College of Social Justice has grounded our current objectives in the action verbs Collaborate, Co-create, and Curate. Through these practices, we aim for a year (and beyond!) filled with deepening relationships, learning and unlearning towards collective liberation, and supporting spiritually grounded UUs in practices of global solidarity.

Congregation or Organization/ Program
Location (City, State)
UUCSJ has collaborated to create programming with the UUA, UUSC, UU State Action Networks, UU congregations, individuals, and numerous justice coalitions and groups. Past programs include the UU@UN Spring Seminar, workshops for the CAPAS program, GROW, Sowing Seeds, and multi-day immersion and volunteer learning programs (both youth-centered and multi-generational) with Borderlinks, RAICES, and an array of UUSC partners around the world!

As you consider different types of justice-centered educational programming for your groups, we invite you to imagine with UUCSJ about how we can use the lessons of our past and present programming to support your work in the future.
