The workshop fee is €1575 ($1675) single occupancy (Early Bird registration April 1 – May 1 is €1475 ($1,570)
* 4 days of workshop sessions, including hands-on exercises, analysis and critique.
* One-on-one individual consultations with Domenica and Jamie
* Domain and cellar tour & lunch with wine tasting at the Château du Petit Thouars
* 4 days, 4 nights (Wednesday afternoon through Sunday noon) accommodations at Hôtel Diderot in Chinon, France
* 4 breakfasts, 3 lunches including one with wine tasting at Château du Petit Thouars, 3 dinners including one at La Part des Anges prepared by Chef Virginie Minon
* Snacks and refreshments during the workshop
The number of participants will be held to a minimum of 8 and a maximum of 12 people. Workshop fee will not include airfare or transportation to or from the venue or insurance.
Payment details will be communicated to you once you register; payment will be made through Hôtel Diderot. Once you have registered you will receive a confirmation email within 48 hours of registration containing further details and payment instructions.
