Participation Agreement

By participating in Ox Cart Days Tour de Prairie/Star Prairie Community Club (the "Pub Crawl"), you agree to the following terms and conditions. This is a legally binding agreement between you and Ox Cart Days Tour de Prairie/Star Prairie Community Club ("the Organizer").

Age Requirement You must be at least 21 years old (or the legal drinking age in your jurisdiction) to participate in the Pub Crawl. You must bring valid identification to verify your age.

Assumption of Risk You acknowledge that participation in the Pub Crawl involves risks, including but not limited to personal injury, illness, and loss or damage to personal property. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in the event.

Health and Safety You agree to drink responsibly and not to overconsume alcohol. You acknowledge that it is your responsibility to monitor your alcohol intake and behavior. If at any point you feel unwell or unsafe, you agree to seek assistance from event staff or venue personnel.

Conduct You agree to conduct yourself in a respectful and orderly manner. You will adhere to all local laws and regulations, including those pertaining to public intoxication and disorderly conduct. The Organizer reserves the right to remove any participant who is deemed to be behaving inappropriately or posing a risk to themselves or others.

Transportation You acknowledge that you are responsible for arranging your own transportation to and from the event. The Organizer encourages participants to use public transportation, rideshare services, or designated drivers to avoid driving under the influence.

Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Organizer is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your participation in the Pub Crawl. This includes, but is not limited to, injury, illness, death, or damage to personal property.

Medical Treatment In the event of an emergency please dial 911. In the event of an emergency, you consent to receive medical treatment if necessary. You agree to release the Organizer from any liability arising from medical treatment received during or after the event.
