Community Church Atlanta Outreach Survey

Community Church Atlanta has transformed its Vicar Community Center into a resiliency hub for the surrounding community as a guardrail against extreme weather. If the power goes out, residents can gather safely in the Vicars Community Center to access heating, air conditioning, charge phones, and refrigerate temperature-sensitive medications during an emergency. Please fill out this anonymous form so we can learn more about your needs so the hub can best serve you.
