Submit your add on form with exhibitor's name and amount. Invoice will be sent out following the Youth Livestock Auction, after April 9, 2022.

On this form there is an ability to do add ons for 40 exhibitors, if you have more than that, you can do 1 of 2 things: 1. Submit the form again with the other kids names. 2. Email Annily at assist@maricopacountyfair.org and she will add the rest of your add ons from the back end.

Please remember that no exhibitor will receive their checks till their account is paid in full, so please pay promptly.
