Department of Arts Administration Scholarship Application
A limited number of scholarships are available to students in the Department of Arts Administration.

ACADEMIC YEAR SCHOLARSHIPS FOR INCOMING & CURRENT STUDENTS
1. Students in the B.A. in Arts Administration (major or pre-major). Awarded students must have and maintain a 3.0 cumulative GPA. Priority is given to incoming freshman; or
2. Students in the MA in Arts Administration. Awarded students must have and maintain a 3.5 cumulative GPA. Priority is given to incoming students.
3. Students in the PhD in Arts Administration. Awarded students must have and maintain a 3.75 cumulative GPA. Priority is given to incoming students.

If you are applying for the ACADEMIC YEAR SCHOLARSHIP, please be ready to respond to the following questions:

1. The purpose of the Arts Administration Scholarship is to recruit and retain students that bring the most to the University's graduate program and who demonstrate the ability to make a difference in the field of arts administration. With the purpose of the scholarship in mind (above), write an essay of 500-words or less that tells the scholarship committee why you are the best candidate.
2. Why did you choose to study Arts Administration at the University of Kentucky?
3. What do you plan to do after you graduate with an Arts Administration degree?


SEMESTER SCHOLARSHIPS FOR INTERNSHIP SUPPORT
1. Students in the BA in Arts Administration who are registering for AAD 499: Arts Administration Internship.
2. Students in the MA in Arts Administration who are registering for AAD 699: Arts Administration Internship.
