Student AUP Review
This form is an acknowledgement and acceptance of the Central Decatur Community School District's Student Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) for district used technology. All students that uses technology including, but not limited to: computers, email, PowerSchool (SIS), will need to sign this acknowledgement. This form must be completed by September 2, 2020, or within one week of enrollment.
