Security Notice & Entry Requirements

This event will be conducted with increased security for the safety of all attendees and speakers. Entry is only permitted for pre-registered individuals. All attendees must present valid photo identification and will be subject to a security screening upon entry, including wanding. No bags will be permitted inside the venue.

The speaker's professional security team, will be onsite in partnership with campus police. In compliance with University regulations and Anteaters for Life’s commitment to safety, the following items are prohibited and will not be allowed into the event venue:

Aerosols or Pressurized Cans
Ammunition
Animals (working service animals allowed)
Artificial Noise-Making Devices
Backpacks or Bags
Balloons
Balls or Other Projectiles
Baseball Bats
Bicycle U-Locks
Bottles or Jars (hard plastic, metal or glass; e.g., Nalgene, bike water bottles, etc.)
Chains and/or Padlocks
Coolers
Drones or Other Unmanned Aircraft Systems
Explosive Devices
Fireworks
Fruits or Vegetables (fresh or frozen)
Helmets
Illegal Drugs
Improvised Weapons (as determined by law enforcement officers)
Incendiary Devices
Laser Pointers
Liquids (water in factory-sealed, clear plastic bottles allowed)
Mace or Pepper Spray
Masks
Monopods or Tripods
Packages
Shields
Signs
Skateboards, Scooters or Bicycles
Sticks, Selfie Sticks, Poles, Clubs or Pipes (wood, plastic or metal)
Tasers, Stun Guns or Similar Electronic Control Weapons
Tobacco Products (including e-cigarettes)
Umbrellas
Weapons (e.g., firearms, simulated firearms, dirks, daggers, ice picks)

The University and/or Anteaters for Life reserve the right to refuse entry or require individuals to exit/leave the event if already admitted.
