• For health and safety reasons, all pupils aged 16 and under must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. We provide one adult free for every 5 pupils to ensure that pupils can remain with an adult at all times.
• The numbers you enter on this form are estimates. Your final numbers will be confirmed on the day of your visit when you arrive.
• Education visits must be booked using this form at least 5 working days before the date of the visit.
• Your visit is not confirmed until you have heard back from us in response to this form with your booking confirmation (please allow 5 working days for this response).
