Baltimore Birth Festival Vendor/Exhibitor/Sponsor Registration
Join us on May 17, 2020 for the second annual Baltimore Birth Festival! Registrations are open for all vendors who support families from pregnancy through parenting in the greater Baltimore area. Please be aware that due to space concerns at our location (Patterson Park), we are only able to accept a limited number of vendors from various industries. Your space at the fair is not confirmed until you have received a payable invoice from Maryland Families for Safe Birth and your invoice is paid in full. Please allow several days for processing of your application. We are expecting upwards of 1,500 attendees and look forward to having your valuable support to make this day a huge success!

Vendor spots include one 10'x10' space. No electricity will be provided for this event. Vendors are responsible to supply their own tents, tables, chairs, table coverings, etc. All vendor structures must fit within your assigned space. Limited volunteer assistance will be available for loading and unloading festival supplies, so please plan accordingly. Festival will be held rain or shine. This is an OUTDOOR festival, please plan accordingly. All vendors may receive a refund of $25.00 after festival completion by providing one volunteer (not working at your space) to assist during the festival for a minimum of two hours. All other festival vendor fees are final and non-refundable.

Swag Bag Inclusions: $25.00 (FREE for sponsors!)
You may include one (1) item in our heavily promoted VIP swag bags for a $25.00 fee. We are again assembling 100 bags. Our swag bags SOLD OUT weeks before the event took place last year and we anticipate a similar response this year as well. Our bags are nationally sponsored by major brands and included well over $400 in items families loved last year. This is the BEST way to ensure that your business information is noticed by festival attendees. We suggest that you provide either a physical item (i.e. chapstick, pen, keychain, etc) or a high-value voucher for product/services for the best response. Business cards often don't make an impact among the other items in the bags. Those including items in our swag bags must provide one hundred (100) items NO LATER than 04/15/20. NO items will be accepted for inclusion after this date.

100 VIP Swag Bags will be available for purchase to vendors and the general public this year. Last year's bags contained well over $300 in full size products and samples, as well as high-value coupons and certificates from our vendors! Bags are priced at $30 each and are first come, first serve.
Maryland Families for Safe Birth is an inclusive & affirming organization, supporting families of all structures and types. We reserve the right to decline vendors and sponsors if businesses do not support all families and/or promote exclusion or hate speech of any kind. Should a vendor booth contain information, advertisement, or imagery of any kind that is averse to this mission, vendors will be asked to leave the festival without refund. *
