By completing and submitting this form you are applying to attend the 47th National Student Commonwealth Forum held in Ottawa, Ontario.

The Forum is open to youth in grades 11-12 or 1st-2nd year post-secondary students who hold Canadian Citizenship or Permanent Residency.

This year the Forum will be held from Saturday, April 27th, 2019 to Friday, May 3rd, 2019.
Travel dates are Saturday, April 27th and Saturday, May 4th, 2019.

The total Forum fees are as follows:
- In Town (hosting a delegate): $120
- In Town (not hosting a delegate): $220
- In Town (not hosting a delegate & staying at a hotel): $770 ($430 + $500)
- Out of Town (staying with family or friends, or billeting with a local family): $330
- Out of Town (staying at a hotel): $770 ($330 + $500)
- International Student (staying at a hotel): $1,000 CDN

Travel to and from Ottawa within Canada is generously provided by The Royal Commonwealth Society Ottawa Branch with financial contributions from the Department of Canadian Heritage. Bursaries to cover registration fees may be available to applicants via their local Royal Commonwealth Society branch. All information collected herein is considered private and confidential and is used strictly for application and/or planning purposes of the 47th National Student Commonwealth Forum.

Application acceptance will be on a first-come first-serve basis.

Factors taken into consideration when accepting delegates include: quality of individual applications, quotas per province / territory and billeting availability. Preference will be given to delegates that choose to stay in the hotel.

Applications sent in by February 1st, 2019 will be considered for the first round of acceptance, with later rounds of acceptance to follow.

Once you have submitted your application, please send an email to registrar@nscf-fnec.ca notifying the registration team of your submission, use the subject line: "I have applied for NSCF".

LAST MINUTE REGISTRATIONS WILL BE CONSIDERED, PROVIDED THAT SPACE IS AVAILABLE.
