Thank you for volunteering to lead a Dixie Canyon PTA event!
Please complete this form to be included in Communication Team platforms - website, eBlast, social media, flyer request and Room parent communication.
The deadline for submission is ONE MONTH PRIOR to your Dixie Event/Fundraiser. Requests made after the deadline may not be included in Dixie communication.

The Communications team can create the messages for the platforms below at your request. Do you prefer to:

If you chose to create your own messages, please complete the platform requests below keeping in mind the different parameters for each. Please note: if the event lasts longer than a day, the eBlast messages will be modified by the Comm Team as needed.

eBlasts are sent out the Sunday prior to the event. For eBlast: max description is 20 words.
Social media (Facebook and Twitter) supports event promotion with multiple brief reminders the week of the event. For social media: max description is 140 characters.
