2025 -26 STEM Withdrawal Notification Form

We are sad to see you leave STEM after this current school year, but honor your families choice in doing so.  If you have questions or concerns that could help you in making this choice, please reach out to your building director.  Otherwise, please follow the steps below:

If you're planning on withdrawing from STEM please complete this form to let us know. If you are moving to a school outside of the Douglas County School District, please indicate that on this form so that our registrar can send you the out-of-district withdrawal form which will need to be completed and returned.  Please complete a separate form for each of your children who do not intend to return to STEM for the 2025-26 school year.

Please note: This is a STEM School Highlands Ranch form. If you plan to return to your neighborhood school you must have also completed the DCSD Intent to Return Form by January 5 or if after January 5, you would need to receive an open enrollment offer from your neighborhood school.
