Holiday Spectacular Registration Form

Join our free, grant-funded performing arts experience! Children will learn holiday songs, group numbers, monologues, and more while building confidence, stage presence, and teamwork in preparation for our Holiday Spectacular at Notoriety.

Application & Selection
Submitting this form does not guarantee acceptance. Spaces are limited. Applications and required video submissions for both age groups will be reviewed before participants are selected.

To help us extend these opportunities to more children, priority consideration will be given to applicants who have not previously participated in a Positively Arts grant-funded program. Previous participants are still welcome to apply!

Families will be notified separately regarding acceptance.

Rehearsal Schedule
Saturdays, November 7, 14, 21 and December 5, 12, 2026.
No rehearsal November 28.

• Ages 5–7: 2:30–4:00 PM | Maximum 12 participants
• Ages 8–13: 4:15–5:45 PM | Maximum 20 participants
• Location: Positively Arts Studio, 4465 W. Sunset Rd., Las Vegas, NV 89118
• Instructor: DeLee Lively-Torti

Tuition: FREE through grant funding

Required Video Submission - Both Age Groups
Please submit a video of your child answering the following questions in their own words:

How would participating in the Holiday Spectacular empower you as an artist, and what excites you about this particular show?
(You can include holiday songs, dances, or other performance ideas you would love to bring to the stage!)
How would you show your gratitude to Positively Arts for this opportunity?
(Examples include encouraging friends and family to buy tickets, spreading the word about the show, and sharing it on social media with a parent or guardian’s help while tagging Positively Arts.)

Upload your video to Google Drive, Dropbox, or YouTube, and email the link to pilita@positivelyarts.org. Please make sure the link is accessible for review.

Attendance Requirements
Participants may miss up to two classes and must attend the final performance on Sunday, December 13, 2026. Please communicate any class absences in advance. Missing more than two classes or the final performance will result in ineligibility to apply for future grant-funded programs at this time.

Show Tickets
Classes are free; families and guests are expected to purchase show tickets.

General Admission: $15 | Preferred Seating: $25
