Adult Leaders/Parent Chaperones: Churches with participating youth are asked to register at least one adult of the same gender as their youth. Adults should also use the form below to register at a cost of $25. The link for our online background check will be emailed to participating adults at the close of registration.
Rooms: We will have rooms as follows - High school girls room(s), high school boys room(s), middle school girls suite with female leaders, middle school boys suite with male leaders. Remaining adult leaders will room separately. Students will room with others from the same church whenever possible. Some students may sleep on cots or in sleeping bags in their respective rooms. Adults will have beds.
Details: Check-In at the Cambridge, MD Hyatt runs from 5pm-6pm on Friday – come in through the Event Entrance (at the back right side of the main Hyatt building) and look for the Diocesan Check-In Table. They will have all of your check-in information and will send you in the right direction to find your rooms. We will be spending some time at the Hyatt pool & hot tub so if you want to swim please bring a bathing suit. Please eat before arriving. We will have Friday night snack, Saturday breakfast and lunch for you. Pick-up is at 2pm on Saturday. If you have any questions please contact Joanne in the Diocesan Office.
